Everything there was brand-new. Helpful staff in the whole hotel. The rooms with fantastic amenities. Beautiful decoration in the rooms, amazing and favourable location. Very easy to get from Gloucestershire airport, just 0.5 miles.

The location was mind-blowing, right in the heart of the city with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The facilities were super, with a spacious split-level room that was beautifully designed and easy to access. The room had all the modern amenities you could ask for, including free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and an electric kettle. The host provided thoughtful touches like free parking, ear plugs, and slippers. The communication was excellent throughout, and the host even allowed us to park early and leave late. We had a jaw-dropping experience and would definitely recommend this place to others.

As longer term business travelers, we appreciated the lovely facilities and great central location of the room at Crescent Place. The fact that parking was available and that the host was flexible with our parking needs was a massive help. Communication throughout our stay was excellent and the room itself was clean and well-equipped with amenities such as tea/coffee, shampoo, makeup mirror, and a hairdryer. We would definitely recommend this place to others and would love to stay here again in the future.
